Get Wallet List

GET/open-api/v1/wallet/list

This method allows you to get all parent wallet IDs of the institution including both Qualified Wallets and Prime Wallets. [Not including the underlying sub wallets]

IMPORTANT NOTES: It is recommended use walletIdStr instead of walletId to avoid losing precision when Parsing walletId in Javascript.
